Here we go
We currently have a slaughter schedule of 3-4 times per year. We usually have one date in the Spring, one in the Summer, and one or two in the Fall/Winter.
Each date varies. We may have one large beef, several mid-sized, or a range. Market pricing and availability of livestock one year ago (or more) determines our slaughter stock.
