Shucks, it's really simple.

People act like finding a good steak is like searching for the Holy Grail.

We start with cattle.  Then we move to the feeding process.  Then we focus on the building and growth stage.  After aging them correctly, we begin the finishing process.

And let's not forget the processing:  USDA approved, professional butchering, vacuum-sealed, and labeled for easy identification of date and cut.
